FOR EVERY NEW HOME SOLD, A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS GOES TO HELPING THE HOMELESS THROUGH “ONE HOME.”

Client - Streamline Communities StreamLine Communities is a supporter of Living Waters Center of Hope. A portion of the proceeds from each of our sales helps the homeless through "One Home"; a program providing homes and support, one individual at a time.

As many of you may already know, we moved our first candidate Rick from a tent to a warm apartment in Lowell. Rick has been living in his apartment for four months already and the move has dramatically changed his life. Our case management team has helped Rick secure disability insurance, manage his budget, and set up a savings account. We look forward to assisting Rick throughout the year and will keep you updated on his progress.

One Home has identified two more candidates and we continue to raise funds and are looking to move these individuals into housing as soon as possible.

We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of our clients and the success of One Home. Thank you again for your support.
